The place has changed name and owner. Now it is called Guldværket and has been taken over by Philkjær who also has the fish restaurant opposite. At first glance, the concept seemed to follow previous gourmet grill ideas. The food seemed to have perhaps gotten a boost if you like. We started with 3 oysters which in the kitchen multiplied to 4 for the reasonable sum of 60 kr. You can get Champagne and a bottle of Andre Clouet grand reserve for 620 kr which is also a quite reasonable price. Entrecote perfectly tender and fried. There could have been a little salad, but otherwise again a very reasonable price of 225 kr for one of the city's best beef steaks. It should be emphasized that the menu offers other delicious things at somewhat lower prices for both food and drink. There were no other guests on this rainy Thursday afternoon, but I'm sure there will be more life at other times. Will definitely come again.
