Great food, good waiters who know how to serve customers.

This is definitely the city's best restaurant, everyday gourmet, it can be highly recommended.

Fantastic service and definitely Denmark's best steak sandwich – and also a really delicious shooting star. A small detail is that you are allowed to taste three different wines and then choose which one you like best.

Everything was good but the prices are really expensive!!!!!

Really good food, a bit too crowded and on the expensive side

We had a 5-course menu and it was super delicious, and at a very reasonable price, but the best thing was the coziness and the beautiful rooms where you sit and eat. The waiters were good and they were well-informed about what was served at the tables. All in all, we had a lovely evening with coziness and good food.

Saturday open sandwiches ad libitum. Highly recommended. Cozy atmosphere.

We had lovely food. There is food in several price ranges.

Hmm a mixed experience.. I was fortunate to have a gluten-free, dairy-free starter and main course. I would have preferred vegetarian food but it wasn't easy, the chef said. For starters I had beetroot with beetroot with beetroot and it tasted good enough but generally unimaginative. However, I was happy with a freshly stirred mornay sauce for the main course which ended up being fish, potatoes and sauce. The restaurant caters to the market in Silkeborg which is mainly about meat and more meat. I understand that, but a little more innovation in the form of delicious vegan food could really dress up and elevate the concept.
