We had dinner and it was absolutely delicious and with wine and beer to match, the food was presented by the owner himself. The waiters were nice and fresh and there were musicians playing quiet ambient music. A thoroughly good experience.

i tried Panorama Silkeborg and the view alone already made it worth it—super relaxing, especially around sunset. the food was pretty decent too, nothing too fancy but well-made, and the overall vibe felt chill enough to just sit and enjoy your time there.

We had the 5 course tasting menu for 598 kr. Really good food, lovely, tasty dishes, extraordinarily tender beef tenderloin. Super, super friendly and competent service. Lovely atmosphere with live music in the background.

Fantastic service and definitely Denmark's best steak sandwich – and also a really delicious shooting star. A small detail is that you are allowed to taste three different wines and then choose which one you like best.

11/10/2025: Wonderful inn, full of atmosphere, history and hospitality. A living museum. The food is absolutely unbeatable. EVERYTHING is homemade, even the rainbow ice cream.
