19/02/2025: Definitely one of the best dining experiences I've had. 8 beautiful dishes, well prepared and so clear that they are made by people who love food and go for quality. No meat at all, but so much else that a meat lover like me didn't lack for anything. The last course that the chef presented as the highlight of the evening, the dessert, was disappointing and far below standard. A pear sorbet without much flavor, topped with cocoa powder that gave the sensation of eating a Nesquik spoon straight from the bag. Everything else was just SO perfect it doesn't matter. Definitely worth a visit. PS- try their homemade juice.

05/01/2025: A great concept to make top cuisine sustainable. If possible, everything comes from our own cultivation. Imaginative dishes, extremely tasty and healthy. Absolute recommendation.
