It's a little pricey, but it's worth the money. Unruly good food and I think their dessert "What the plant" is in the top ten of good things I have ever tasted. Patient staff....It just went well! Get one opened in Juelsminde 😂

Super good experience, with some delicious tapas-sized dishes. The whole concept is so easy, as both ordering dishes and drinks, as well as payment, takes place via the Pincho Nation app. By the way, a cool atmosphere, and friendly, humorous staff 😃 Have now eaten here 2 times because it's so good 😄

07/03/2025: We come here often, and also have a reservation lying around in a few weeks. Unfortunately, the last visit was not my best experience at Bistroteket. My Ribeye, which came with Bearnaise sauce, was served with a nice brown sauce, which was very nicely prepared at the table, but with the result that the Ribeye meat taste was lost and the Bearnaise sauce was no longer necessary. I'm just saying OB, because it was done with the best intentions. I would like to keep my meat and sights dose my Bearnaise sauce in the right amounts without also having another sauce on my steak at the same time. Otherwise, the food for my 2 companions was absolutely fine!
02/03/2025: Participated in Bistroteket's 10 year anniversary party with lovely food and good wines. We are looking forward to 20 years 🤗
