Sweet and friendly service with an explanation of the restaurant's concept - food and drink can be ordered via their app. Drinks must be collected from the bar when they are ready, while the food is served on planks in the middle of the table. The food is served in small portions, so you can taste several different things. Exciting selection of drinks incl. many different "mocktails" (non-alcoholic cocktails).

It is certainly not an average Mr. and Fru Danmark restaurant and they are not sad. Several of the dishes I got, I didn't know existed. I was quite surprised by the quality of the food. Unfortunately, the drink I got was just not very good.

Delicious food and atmosphere. We had 2 with us who had a birthday and they were given a free dessert and birthday song. Good style

07/03/2025: We come here often, and also have a reservation lying around in a few weeks. Unfortunately, the last visit was not my best experience at Bistroteket. My Ribeye, which came with Bearnaise sauce, was served with a nice brown sauce, which was very nicely prepared at the table, but with the result that the Ribeye meat taste was lost and the Bearnaise sauce was no longer necessary. I'm just saying OB, because it was done with the best intentions. I would like to keep my meat and sights dose my Bearnaise sauce in the right amounts without also having another sauce on my steak at the same time. Otherwise, the food for my 2 companions was absolutely fine!
