01/04/2025: Cozy little place in the heart of Aarhus, found in this little kebab house. The bread is fantastically fresh, soft and delicious, and the meat just as well. Try a roll without dressing but with tzatziki instead👌 I felt like there was a little bit of salt and spices missing in the meat and salt in the salad if I were to give 5 stars, but who knows maybe it will be seasoned well next time I come ☺️

26/03/2025: I was completely shocked to read that HB Kebab only has 3.9 stars 🤔 This is without a doubt one of the best sharwarma places in Aarhus, and they have deserved a place in The Big Book of Sharwarmas! It annoys me that more and more people these days can't tell the difference between good and bad sharwarma. ******* UPDATE!!! Just had a disappointing sharwarma, maybe the standard has dropped at HB Kebab
