RAR MAD Syddjurs

It was Danish summer as you know it - with wind and rain. But there was light and warmth among the nice people with the nice food. A good glass of Chablis and juicy freshly baked bread on the plate, and we were off to a good start, my mother and I. Take the hake for God's sake - it's wonderful. The char siew with wings almost made the rain disappear. The whole Molevitt was washed down with carefully selected wines from our handsome waiter Andreas - what a charming guy. We hope to be able to come back next year!

As always, the most beautiful surroundings in Ebeltoft. And what a lovely lunch - the catch of the day - with dessert. Best recommendation.

Little gem in pretty-but-touristy Ebeltoft. Seating in a beautiful green backyard. Very friendly staff. We had Pølser with potato salad and the miso-glazed cauliflower and Rød Grød as dessert - everything was excellent. Highly recommended

This is a beautiful hidden gem. Wonderful atmosphere and excellent service. All the food is fresh and locally sourced and you can really taste the quality. The staff all have excellent knowledge of the the ingredients and it really adds to the experience. I enjoyed the 4 course meal which included a cod ceviche, fresh ravioli, fresh catch of the day, which included a superb hollandaise and toasted hazelnuts, and to finish we shared an espresso affogato and a berry compot with cream and white chocolate covered caramel. Each meal was delicately balanced and beautifully prepared. They have also an extensive wine menu. Enjoy it while you can. This is an exclusive and special food experience that I cannot recommend enough.
