Always a pleasure! The food was delicious (a Rasse burger menu), it came quickly and did not disappoint. The homemade aioli was a fresh twist and the rare steak matched the choice of sour and cheese perfectly. The local beers from Skanderborg Bryghus completed the experience along with the friendly staff and the great atmosphere. Thanks for a lovely evening!

Sausage mix with everything, it must be called the luxury version. Huge portion to go. Try it.

Super delicious! Have been through the menu several times and it never disappoints. Could never dream of going to MC D when there is such a nice place right down in the forest 🤩 would definitely recommend Rasses

There's something almost poetic about sinking your teeth into a steak sandwich that once held the title of Steak Sandwich of the Year. It's like meeting an ex-girlfriend whose perfume you still remember, and your heart beats when you see and smell her. I had high expectations. It was homemade, it had a history, and it stood there on the plate with a certain self-confidence. But already at the first bite, the illusion began to crack. The steak was... well, it was there. But it tasted mostly of "I come from Netto's meat counter". The gravy - the holy grail of any steak sandwich - was brown, as it should be, but tasted like someone had Googled "gravy" and chosen the first recipe without reading the ingredients. It had neither depth nor the kind of magic that makes you close your eyes and sigh silently. The pickled cucumbers and soft red onions did their best, but it felt like putting decorations on a cake that never rose. It was all a bit flat, a bit sad and very far from other steak sandwich experiences... Conclusion: If this steak sandwich were a movie, it would be a remake of a classic – but with a low budget and an actor who doesn't quite understand the script. Rating: 3 out of 5 – nostalgic, but not necessarily tasty.
