There was a lot of noise, but otherwise a super cozy place.

I'll give a general opinion. It's on par with an average luxury kebab shop in Türkiye. The staff are incredibly attentive, repeatedly coming to ask if we need anything. They have a wide range of meats, from kangaroo meat to steak. It's like the buffet at our 5-star hotels; you eat, then go get more, then go get more. It was a lovely and enjoyable evening, thank you. There's no parking problem. They even offer complimentary non-alcoholic beer. There are many alternatives for those who don't prefer alcohol. I recommend making a reservation.

We had booked a table for 5 to 10 people. I was asked if I would serve welcome drinks myself because they had too few employees at work due to illness. When the buffet opened there was a very long queue and people's potatoes and other hot food got cold before they got meat. What's the point of having 15 different kinds and having to queue in 2 different places? Stop that nonsense and settle for 6/8 different kinds and get people served quickly instead. "We don't care about Komodo dragons, alligators and anacondas or the like. Pork, beef, and maybe lamb in different varieties, sausage and bones, that's what people want - and preferably while the potatoes are hot.. Otherwise, it tasted as expected, quite excellent.. We'll be back.

Really good restaurant in Viborg. Suitable for both 2 or many guests. The staff is always in a great mood. Fantastic daily managers who treat all employees equally. The prices are good and the food is really delicious.

We held an employee general meeting at Flammen, which probably wasn't the smartest thing with the open restaurant locations, it made it hard to keep up.. there were 120 of us. The food and service were quite ok, but personally the concept is not my style...
