Really service minded staff who were good at explaining the different things you could get. Great to see a restaurant that cares so much about hygiene and also kindly asks guests to use hand sanitizer in the buffet. This is something that should be done more of elsewhere.
The meat was really delicious and tender, and the buffet was ok. However, I was a little sad that I could only choose between a buffet or a build-your-own burger.
However, I think that the good service means more in the end. I had a really good experience.

Fantastic food, staff are friendly,professional and attentive.
The meat was tender and full of flavour, the salmon delicious. All the salads and side dishes were well prepared, seasoned and flavoursome.
Buffets can be a bit boring, but this one at Flammen is anything but boring!! If you are a meat lover or vegetarian there is something for everyone...

5 stars for the food, atmosphere and professional,friendly,attentive staff.
Meat was tender and tasty, the salmon delicious and even if you are vegetarian there are plenty of delicious side dishes too.

Had a delicious meal at Flammen, a buffet with more than enough options. The team that runs there is also very friendly. I would love to come back here again.

The place is cozy, but it is too bright and the food is good. But the fact that you can only get a buffet on Saturdays is not ok. There should be more menu items as there is no option to pay less and only have one dish instead of the whole buffet.

Everything was perfect, except the selection of beer. There were only products from "De Forenede Bryggerier", which you probably have an agreement with.
It will please a beer enthusiast like me with a wider selection than the mainstream beer that you can get everywhere, for example locally from Kongebryg (Næstved) or other good special beer from one of the many small breweries that have sprung up everywhere.
I guess you have an agreement with "De Forenede Bryggerier" not to offer your guests beer other than theirs, oops!
But despite this I would like to come again.

Var forbi og hente takeaway.
Kalveroast med tilbehør. Virkelig mørt og lækkert kød!
Børnene er vilde med jeres chicken tenders.
