Restaurant Flammen Næstved

The staff was great and they all speak English, the salad bar and the non-grill items were quite nice but the grill was a big disappointment, some marinated pork, chicken and duck that were ok, but the beef was either too overcooked or too salty (or both). They had kangoroo meat which I was happy to try. If you like delicate, rare meat you will probably be disappointed as well. Perhaps it's simply that my tastes are different from those of a Danish person, I guess see for yourself, you will get full for sure.

An ok buffet restaurant. However, they have become a bit lethargic on the quality of the food lately

If you have celiac disease or gluten intolerance, you can just leave it alone. The waiter said so himself... Everything is cooked on the same plate and on it is Flammens' "beer braise" which of course has gluten. But the food is okay, if you can eat it.
