I have long dreamed of visiting Knudhule Badehotel - and now I just dream of coming back again. The kitchen is definitely worth the drive. We visited the place for a wine tasting event - no expense was spared on the good wines and the menu throughout the evening made the angels sing, here they really know how to surprise the taste buds and it will be very difficult to highlight a favorite, but if I had to mention one, it would probably have to be the morel lisotto, which tasted fantastic. It was so good that I would have liked to have done without the red deer fillet that it was served with. The lamb fillet was really delicious, a beautiful piece of meat and perfectly cooked. The mushroom cream was a good complement to the lamb and the hasselback Jerusalem artichokes were surprisingly good. The starter was a surprise - scallops with hazelnut, cauliflower and shrimp - roasted hazelnuts, butter sauce and shrimp are a match made in heaven, who would have thought. Crispy roll with wild boar and creamy celery, nothing bad can be said about it. And the dessert Baked Alaska with passion and raspberries can still make your teeth water - perfectly combined with delicious flavors that complement each other, nothing was left on the plate. Apart from the very busy road right outside the door, there are plenty of opportunities for walks in the beautiful nature and behind the hotel there is a large playground and plenty of cozy seating for a warm summer evening.

Manager's day with a team of 8. Really nice facilities, the walking room is really recommended with both conference table and AV facilities, as well as a sofa group for a change of mood. The food and service were at a really high level. Only recommendations from here.

Was at a wedding party with an overnight stay at Knudhule beach hotel, and I must say that it has my warmest recommendations. The food was amazing, our waiter was great even though she was there for over 12 hours. Smiling and kept an eye on whether anyone was missing anything, without disturbing the party. The wine list that the bride and groom had chosen was exquisite, and since there were some rather special wines on it, we got a quick overview of them at the start of the dinner. Here it was clear that the staff knows what things are served, where they are from, and can convey this further, so that the experience becomes even more exquisite and special. The room we stayed in was super nice - clean and neat.

Lovely little place right by the lake

Everything tasted good and was nicely presented. The service was also good except a waiter forgot our order for more butter. The meat for the main course could have been more tender. But all in all a good experience, and we would recommend others to eat here.
