Went to "festive Friday" where the chef put together a menu unknown to the guests. The menu was a 4-course meal in absolute top class. The service was also both polite and attentive. The drinks were put together so that our driver's juice menu had the same color as our wine, - both the white, the red and the dessert wine. Well done!
The only experience below average was the sound conditions. We could hardly hear what the waiter said during the presentation. It was a shame because it sounded like he had prepared well.

I have long dreamed of visiting Knudhule Badehotel - and now I just dream of coming back again.
The kitchen is definitely worth the drive. We visited the place for a wine tasting event - no expense was spared on the good wines and the menu throughout the evening made the angels sing, here they really know how to surprise the taste buds and it will be very difficult to highlight a favorite, but if I had to mention one, it would probably have to be the morel lisotto, which tasted fantastic. It was so good that I would have liked to have done without the red deer fillet that it was served with.
The lamb fillet was really delicious, a beautiful piece of meat and perfectly cooked. The mushroom cream was a good complement to the lamb and the hasselback Jerusalem artichokes were surprisingly good.
The starter was a surprise - scallops with hazelnut, cauliflower and shrimp - roasted hazelnuts, butter sauce and shrimp are a match made in heaven, who would have thought.
Crispy roll with wild boar and creamy celery, nothing bad can be said about it.
And the dessert Baked Alaska with passion and raspberries can still make your teeth water - perfectly combined with delicious flavors that complement each other, nothing was left on the plate.
Apart from the very busy road right outside the door, there are plenty of opportunities for walks in the beautiful nature and behind the hotel there is a large playground and plenty of cozy seating for a warm summer evening.

Manager's day with a team of 8.
Really nice facilities, the walking room is really recommended with both conference table and AV facilities, as well as a sofa group for a change of mood.
The food and service were at a really high level.
