Five stars for Restaurant Havnær! I had booked a table for a very special and important lunch date, which the restaurant welcomed with presence, courtesy and friendliness. The staff were constantly attentive, but in that subtle and professional way where it was never too much. The food was delicious, both visually and in terms of taste, and the help with choosing wine was nuanced and precise. The whole experience exuded a balance between the simple and the exquisite. A huge thank you to the team for creating the framework for a wonderful experience. We will be back!

nice place but the decor is a bit like a nice meeting room - practical and clinical. the food was a bit one-dimensional at times and could use a bit more varied flavours: I found it to be very cream and butter heavy and not that fresh, but it probably suits a slightly older customer group very well, which is what they seem to hit well.

7 of us went out to eat a birthday dinner, and I have to say that I think it was really delicious. To start with, we got a few snacks/starters - there was, for example, a small apple slice with mushroom filling, small krystads with salmon filling and other things. So delicious - even the kids liked it... Then we got the main course. Dark saithe placed on a bed of mushrooms and cabbage incredibly delicious and really good taste. There was a small bowl of potatoes, really creamy and flavorful. Some of the kids would rather have it than french fries.... Then they did it well.... The kids got a steak, tender and delicious. The dessert was a white chocolate cake with a cream and biscuits on top. Really flavorful and delicious. The service was top notch. Even when my dad ordered a starter that he thought was something else, the waiter was really nice to just take it back when he didn't want it. Would definitely recommend the restaurant by the sea and would like to come again
