Good food, good wine and wonderful atmosphere.

It was a really good experience to eat the menu at Jargon tonight. Exquisite and delicious - good ingredients. Service also sweet and friendly!

If you are in Slagelse, you must visit Jargon and you won't be disappointed for sure. I travel for work around Europe and rarely find such delicate and balanced cuisines. I had the chance to taste the October menu (4 courses) and it was a journey of flavors, textures and scents. Between the first and second course, my colleague and I set another booking for the following week. Imagine how impressed we were. The wait staff is very kind and prepared, we did not meet the chef in person but must be a scientist or a genius! Congrats, you are a great Team. Go on like this!

The food was great, starters and mains were absolutely perfect, dessert was a bit odd all the components were good but they didn't mesh that well. The service was a little slow, but they said they were sick and apologized several times, not overbearing, and checked all the time. Price versus quality makes it clearly the best we have tried in Slagelse. There was a larger company that was located behind a glass wall, good style. The only real criticism is that there was a lack of salt and pepper on the table.
