Restaurant Kaløvig Strandgård Syddjurs

Great campsite in a beautiful location almost right on the water. The course is terraced so that many places can enjoy great views, some even overlooking the water. The pitches are relatively straight and have at least one electricity connection (16A; electricity is charged at a flat rate). The sanitary facilities were very clean and well maintained. The site also includes a kitchen, an outdoor pool and a small café/restaurant with outside seating; the café is open seasonally. It was about 25km to Aarhus and a visit there is really worth it. And we really liked the place and we would like to come back 👍👍

Great campsite with a very nice operator. We had a nice, large pitch with a view of the sea. We cycled 25 km to Ebeltoft.

It is a fantastic space with a great location. All employees make a huge effort to make the guests feel welcome. The barbecue chicken tasted lovely and the ice cream cones were good and big. 😋 We will look forward to coming back.

A really great campsite with warm and attentive operators. In the kiosk you can buy everything you might need for your daily needs, the restaurant offers delicious food and drinks, and you can book a great little welcome package for your arrival. The site is very tidy and clean, opposite the site there is a great dog park for long walks with picnic areas and a barbecue area with a sea view. The playground is great, the slide is a bit too fast for small children, but with help it works well. ☺️ the Hoppepude is very pleasant and the air is released at night so there is peace and quiet. The entire square is quiet and relaxed in the evening (but also during the day). The staff is super helpful! We had forgotten our coffee cups and were able to get two cups from the attic stash. I was also once on the way to the container with a small child in one arm and a garbage bag in the other hand. An employee spotted me and immediately rushed to help me and opened the lid of the garbage container for me. Breakfast rolls can be ordered at the kiosk. The place left nothing to be desired and offered plenty of rest and relaxation for all two and four-legged friends! I'm really sad that we were only there for two nights. I would have loved to stay longer and hope we can come back to this great place soon.

Very nice and friendly operators. Because there was no more space in the dining room, a table and chairs were brought especially for us. Food was great and delicious. We were provided with helpful assistance when dealing with the WM and dryer. We would come back at any time.
