Sønnen har hørt om stedet og ville gerne spise der på hans fødselsdag. Og det var ikke skuffende. Bort set lige fra, at jeg var syg dagen før, og mine smagsløg var ikke i bedste form, da vi var der. De har et fint udvalg af kød og en stor buffet med salater og anden tilbehør. God smag i sovsene. Og servicen var super. De 2 piger vi havde kom hurtigt med de drikkevarer og kød vi bestilte, bar løbende tomme tallerkener ud. Det eneste skuffende udover min smagsløg, var deres udvalg af dessert. Lille udvalg af frugt men i rigelig mængder, men kun 2 forskellige slags kager at vælge imellem. Dertil ikke særlig gode kager. Ikke særlig børnevenlig. Her må de komme på noget interessant. Is er indlysende og børnevenligt. Trods effektive og smilende tjenere, så trækken den røvsyge dessert ned og er grunden til de kun får 3*

The first time we tried the coal house, but we were greeted by smiling staff who actually looked like they like their job 😊 we grilled ourselves at the table and after a nice guide on how the concept was, we made our orders on the corresponding notes. And it didn't take long from ordering meat until they brought it 😊 and it was like that during the whole meal 😊 big praise for the staff and concept 🙏 can only be recommended

Was at the coal house for the first time yesterday. And I was only pleasantly surprised to say the least! Really cool concept. Delicious ingredients (THAT TASTE OF FOOD!) Quality throughout. Had ordered the "Grill yourself menu". And it was fantastic. Various delicious meats. Really delicious buffet. Definitely worth a visit!

There is not much to add to the food, the supplement for tenderloin is a bit on the high side Unfortunately, the acoustics are bad, it is difficult to carry on a conversation with the other guests at the table, it is very destructive to the mood this can easily be solved if acoustic panels are hung up to dampen the sound waves,

Nice premises, nice waiters. You order 3 pcs. Meat at a time you grill and when you have eaten them you can order 3 pieces. More works fine

Super cozy place We stopped by with a couple of friends and enjoyed the grill-yourself experience, a fine concept with a free selection of meat and a large, delicious buffet of side dishes Well, very hot, but that comes naturally when you sit so close to a grill 😁😁 Really nice and welcoming waiters who are constantly paying attention to whether the grill is hot enough, takes, cleans up quickly and brings the meat quickly All in all 5/5 stars from here

Super delicious food, the meat is tender and the side dishes are plentiful and you order what you want. The atmosphere is from good to loud ❗️The only little minus for me is the heat, but they can't fix that ‼️😍😍😍

All in all, it was a super good experience. Nice place with nice staff. Delicious accessory buffet. And it all tasted really good, from the salad to the potatoes and the sauces that can be chosen. These are the best fries I have tasted in a long time, very delicious spices on them. The only thing we were missing was some different spices at the table with which you can season your meat. There was only salt and pepper. We will definitely return another time.

The surprises well. really like the concept and could definitely go there again if I were to be in Køge again. However, I can only give 4 stars as the meat came to the table rather slowly compared to how many were there, but I was still full before the 2 hours had passed. Give side buffet. Sweet and clean staff

Super idea with this indoor grill-your-own-food-at-the-table theme. It works. There is no smell of smoke, but of course you can smell the food in the restaurant. There is a good selection of meat to choose from and it was all nice and tender. The side dish buffet was also good with adequate variety. Dessert was included in our price. Drinks were not included and it is a bit pricey. Check pricing and how thirsty you are and might be later when eating. It is quite hot around the table so dress lightly. All in all a good experience that might be a bit on the expensive side for an unplanned dinner, but also an interesting way to eat.
