02/03/2025: Was for a big 80th birthday party with a subsequent overnight stay. Rooms and service were top notch. Quiet and lovely surroundings. The food consisted of smoked salmon, roast beef and ice cream cake. The salmon was too dry for my taste. At some of the tables the meat was almost impossible to cut/chew. Even though some asked for grill knives, they had to give up. The ice cream was full of ice crystals, but otherwise tasted good. Probably the last time we come. PS. There is no first aid kit if you get injured. Completely reprehensible!

21/02/2025: Have been there often and have always had a lovely experience. This time we had an older waiter. She started throwing cutlery and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. The food was really good. We had just started to order. About 10 minutes later she came and asked if we were finished and said no. We ate like that. She did it 5 times with about 5 minutes between rounds. As if that wasn't enough, another waiter came and asked if we were finished. We had been sitting there for about half an hour. I got tired of listening to it and left. It's a shame that a waiter can ruin a good experience with lovely food. I won't go there again. If she's there, I'll go again. It was on 26-01-2025 on my birthday.
