Novel, the fact that you are relatively newly established and a young team is not expressed in any other way than by your focus on sustainability, smiling service and energy. With the level you have, you would think that you had been going for a decade. Your approach to sustainability makes sense and the story is hopeful and not saved. We had a wonderful evening. Thanks for the experience.

Absolutely amazing experience. The food tasted wonderful and was so beautifully presented. The service was top notch. They were so sweet and pleasant. Everything happened at a leisurely pace. The lighting was dim and the tables were far apart. Everyone was so passionate.

We went on a quiet night, allowing us to have lots of attention and conversation with the team. Sitting at the counter gave us a chance to observe the food prep and chat informally. It was an overall terrific experience. The food was incredibly well executed, the service on point and we left feeling inspired by the consideration and care that went into every small detail of every ingredient. Highly recommend.

Fantastic dining experience with world-class dishes. The evening was, however, a bit ruined by the time that passed between servings (30-40 minutes between courses). We arrived at 6:00 PM and were finished at 12:30 AM. It would have been more fun if we had finished by 11:00 AM at the latest. Other guests also expressed this in the evening. Definitely worth a visit.

Incredible culinary experience. It's like we traveled to the future. Highly recommended.
