Novel, the fact that you are relatively newly established and are a young team is not expressed in any other way than by your focus on sustainability, smiling service and energy. With the level you have, you'd think you'd been at it for a decade. Your approach to sustainability makes sense and the story is hopeful and not saved. We had a wonderful evening. Thanks for the experience.

Absolutely amazing experience. The food tasted wonderful and was so beautifully presented. The service was top notch. They were so sweet and comfortable. Everything happened at a leisurely pace. The light was dimmed and the tables were far apart. Everyone was so passionate.

We went on a quiet night, allowing us to have lots of attention and conversation with the team. Sitting at the counter gave us a chance to observe the food prep and chat informally. It was an overall terrific experience. The food was incredibly well executed, the service on point and we left feeling inspired by the consideration and care that went into every small detail of every ingredient. Highly recommend.

Fantastic dining experience with world-class dishes. However, the evening was somewhat ruined by the time that passed between servings (30-40 min between dishes). We arrived at 18:00 and finished at 00:30. It would have been a bit more fun if we had finished by 11:00 at the latest. There were also other guests who expressed that in the evening. Definitely worth a visit.

28/08/2023: I was there on Friday 25/8 2023 and buy a Mester Burger for DKK 149.00. The steak and the filling tasted fine and was hot, I felt the burger bun and it was completely cold, I ate half of it, then it was all cold, then it became sluggish and stopped, I was also full. I was not asked at any time if everything was ok. When I paid I complained about the bun, the lady also thought it was a travesty and thought it would be better next time if there is a next time, but I could have a cup of coffee, I said no thank you.
