Restaurant Piaf Silkeborg

It doesn't get any better in Silkeborg, fantastic menu, preparation, presentation and serving of the food, service and information about the dishes and wines was in sufficient quantity. We will come again.

Marc Noel makes excellent French food and has a very interesting wine list.

Friday night at Piaf. A small place with a big personality – full house, intimate atmosphere, and a feeling that food is prepared with heart and skill here. We started with the small menu and the wine menu to go with it. After the first snacks and starters, we were hit with FOMO – because it was really good. The kitchen took the time to adjust so that we could upgrade to the big menu. Even though they were one man down in the kitchen, there was no stress to be found. On the contrary. The servings were precise, the food elegant and full of finesse – French with ease and character. A feast for the eyes, a delight for the nose and a taste experience that deserves to be shared. The wines were sitting right in the cupboard and lifted the dishes. Unfortunately, we had a back edge, but when we mentioned it, the pace was adjusted – discreetly, efficiently and without compromising the experience. We caught the train. Piaf is a place you won't forget. A restaurant where you can feel both the craftsmanship and the love for what they do. Highly recommended!

We ate the small menu with wine menu. Incredibly delicious wine menu! Wow some lovely flavors. Really a good experience. Those were some flavorful dishes.
