Lovely experience with lunch as part of a birthday party. Delicious starter, ok main course and delicious dessert. The main course was tenderloin/chopped young rooster. The tenderloin was tender and cooked to perfection. Red wine sauce. More standard performance than starter and dessert. All in all, a delicious lunch and service that matched the good level of the place. I would like to eat here again :)

What a fantastic wedding party we had at your place this weekend. The food and wine were unbeatable, the service from the many sweet waiters was spot on👌 you were so ready and had complete control over what we wanted🎉 My warmest recommendations 🤩

Excellent service does not raise this evening above 3 small stars. A menu is 750 including wine ad libitum - a reasonable price, but still where I expect it to be delicious and something that makes an impression. The first few tastes were a little anonymous and lacked a little oomph. Pork belly with ramson mayo was excellent, and there was a really nice acidity in the mayo that balanced excellently against the fatness of the pork belly. The next 3 bites were anonymous, but did no harm - a small waffle with some fish, a bite of soft rye bread crumble that I unfortunately have forgotten the details of, and a kind of lobster "spring roll" with spicy shellfish mayo. The last of them was probably the one with the most personality, but not exactly to my taste - but points for making something that gave it a little gas. An excellent champagne was also served. The starter was super delicious white asparagus with a small piece of fish (bream?). Which was unfortunately lukewarm. Was it meant to be served cold? Then it was too hot. Should it be served hot? Then it was too cold. I couldn't fault the taste, though, nor the perfectly fried fish. To this, a slightly acidic, floral, white wine that felt thin and a little watery on my tongue - I must admit, I'm not much of a wine connoisseur. It went perfectly with the dish, though. For the main course, there was game. Pepper. In two forms - a piece of lean meat, and a small "package" of something fattier, heavier meat. Pepper. To this, a small potato, and an enormously delicious little pie with fresh peas and pea cream. It was naturally sweet, and the little "pops" of fresh peas were a lovely textural contrast. Pepper. And pepper sauce. With PEPPER. Besides the delicious pie I pulled away from the sauce, I have no idea what the rest tasted like besides the pepper from the sauce - that was really all you could taste. Also a red wine that didn't do anything for me. For dessert, an insanely delicious dessert in the strawberry theme - strawberry ice cream, crumble, mini strawberry pie, and a warm strawberry-vanilla sauce. Not too bad, and really delicious. Also an insanely delicious dessert wine that I was even allowed to take a picture of for the future - sweet without being poppy, berry without being artificial and a perfect complement to the dessert. Finally - coffee and chocolate. No savings were made on the wine, and they happily poured up to 2 glasses and the glasses were not small! Would I come again? Yes. For the service, and the things that just worked, and because I think the things that didn't work were maybe just this menu or just a stupid evening. But, for this evening's experience, which is all I can review, anonymous snacks, a lukewarm appetizer, PEBER and wine that - for me, who is not exactly knowledgeable about that kind of thing - didn't exactly sit in the cupboard when they stood alone, come down to a small 3.

Cozy place with good service. A bit sad food, but fair prices.
