Ristorante Bellini Syddjurs

The food was pretty good. When we ordered our pizzas and two beers, we were asked if we wanted some bread with garlic butter while we waited. We would like that. We were also asked if we wanted some water. Again we said yes, as we thought it was good service. Then the bill came. Hehe. A bit funny that what we were so proud of, as "good service", (free water, and some bread with butter) suddenly became what made the bill over 500 kr. Not what we had expected for two beers 40cl. And two pizzas. Probably our fault, but then we can warn others that it is not good service that they offer something. They are just trying to sell more.

Very nice Italian restaurant with a decent menu. The pizzas aren't out of shape and the toppings are good. Maybe they should add the salami after baking next time, so it won't be so greasy. But everything was good. Price-performance ratio is probably okay by Danish standards. About twice the price as in Germany, with similar quality. Everything was good, I'd go back. Oh, and after the restaurant's ATM didn't work (the card still works afterward), they accepted euros without any problems. High praise for that.

The best and most convenient restaurant in Ebeltoft, Denmark. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. I recommend the Bellini pizza.

Bellini is very beautiful restaurant. Cozy atmosphere, attentive staff. The seafood pasta and pizza are simply perfect. A great place to enjoy a delicious meal and spend a lovely evening.

Summary: The food was average but nothing special and therefore way too expensive. Positives: -The food was ready very quickly and we didn't have to wait long. -The service was very kind and friendly. -They have gluten-free Options for people with a gluten intolerance (but not for people with celiac disease) -The dishes were as expected and came with everything described in the menu. Negatives: -The food was "ok" but nothing more. I am used to way tastier food from other Italian restaurants. -All our dishes were a little bit too salty. -Both the the food and the location are lacking the extra spark to make the price worth it. -It overall didn't feel like an authentic Italian restaurant.
