Food was delicious, specially the Chicharrón dish. Ended up getting a second one, as it was so well prepared.

Visited Rømer in the middle of the hustle and bustle on Saturday after Black Friday. Nice service - both polite and welcoming. But the best thing was the dish "stir-fried tartar", which really touched me - and made my mouth and stomach happy. It's a matter of trust to eat tartar at a restaurant. But I didn't expect a restaurant in Aarhus to be able to make stir-fried tartar in a way that really sent my taste buds into the sky. Thank you for that. The only downside is the slightly loud music that plays non-stop. But with an age approaching old age, I'll probably realize that's how it is today. Still - I'd love to come back.

There were 5 of us who ordered brunch. 2 ordered without seafood and got something else, really good. One ordered gluten-free, and was told that it was not a problem but would cost 10,- extra which is very normal. A brunch consists of 6 small dishes, but the gluten-free was only 4 dishes and cost more. I thought it was not right when this was not stated, so there could have been some replacement dishes for those they could not make, just as there were for those who did not like seafood. It must be said that gluten allergy is not a choice but a disease. The food was good but disappointed by the missing dishes.

We ordered a 10 course tasting menu and there were several really delicious dishes. I give the food 4 stars as I thought some of the meat was a bit dry and some was a bit chewy. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and the service is good.
