A very nice hotel in a central walking location. Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. It's an old building, wonderfully restored, so expect some quirks. When we visited the sound and vibration of construction drilling was going all day from 10am to 5pm. It was annoying and made our room sometimes unusable during the daytime. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. This is probably a temporary situation though. The room was huge and extremely comfortable. If I return to Aarhus I would definitely stay here again.

The most important thing for me is that the hotel is dog friendly ❤️ Living in this hotel is like living in a museum, about 300 original paintings are located in the hotel ! + location is very good + many restaurants nearby + polite staff the only problem: breakfast is good but not varied

An old fashioned building perfectly restored with an old style atmosphere. Receptionists and doorman are very very kind and professional. The rooms have the same fashion in every modern gadget you need. I will recommend this hotel to everybody is planning a trip in Denmark

My favorite hotel in the middle of the City of Smiles🩷

Cool Hotel, which has just been newly renovated here in 2024. Really good service, just a notch too good for me. the breakfast where you can't have your own coffee. It will be served. I would like to be offered a small pot, as I work best after a couple of cups of coffee. Then if you feel like me, consider having breakfast served in the hotel room. For the positive 😊 Nice reception, nice room, big TV, good bed with comfortable mattress, nice selection of soap, shampoo and creams. Did not experience any noise nuisance from the corridor or other places. Had a good night's sleep. Nice temperature in the room. There is air conditioning and it worked, however it turned off. Had some challenges with the TV and streaming casting not working optimally. I then connected my brought iPad with AV HDMI adapter where I could not get sound. With the help of the hotel receptionist, it succeeds. But be aware that the TV's integrated Chromecast is not flawless. Installed programs on the TV that can be used without a cast are DR and YouTube. There is nothing else, no TV channels, no satellite, so not the best setup, especially if you are visiting Denmark from abroad.

Nice hotel and nice room. The service was top notch and you are greeted by a warm smile every time you enter the lobby. Close to the vibrant city life in Aarhus city centre. Completely perfect. I would like to come again another time.

Superb central location, great room (king suite) and friendly and helpful staff. My only minor gripe was no mini bar/snacks in the room, and for the price the suite should have free bottled water included. Point to note (about Aarhus travel in general) is that it will cost around £100-120 for a private taxi from the airport.
