Ørum Pizza og Grill Viborg

22/06/2025: Was at Kehlet on Saturday night. Arrived with a friend at our booked table at 6:45 PM. About 1/4 of the outdoor tables were empty. We could only get one menu, they didn't have any more. At 7:15 PM we had to get a waiter to be allowed to order. There were otherwise many girls at work, who often stood in the doorway and looked over the tables. We had questions about their wines, which she couldn't answer. She said she was brand new (but unfortunately didn't offer to find another waiter). We therefore wanted to taste the 2 white wines that they sold by the glass and half bottles. She refused. We ordered. The wine came in a carafe (DKK 239 for half a bottle). Unfortunately, it wasn't cold at all, which we pointed out. The answer was that it had been in the fridge. We asked her to look at our glass and explained that a cold drink creates condensation on the outside of the glass. She wanted to go get help.... She came back with a glass of ice cubes that we could use to cool the wine🫣 We protested and then finally another, possibly slightly more experienced waiter came. She didn't think she could give us a new wine, since we had already drunk that one.... Palaver back and forth, and then we got a new, lovely cool wine. The food tasted fantastic and came about 1/2 hour after we had ordered. We asked for the bill, but were asked to go to the bar. It was difficult to get there because of tables/guests that I had to squeeze in between. Good food and wine, on the expensive side, annoying service, it didn't seem like they had been trained at all, neither in wines nor customer service🤷🏼‍♀️
