Scandic The Mayor Aarhus

This place is currently undergoing a construction, which is noticeable when you arrive. The concierge was really nice when we checked in, and the room was spacious, but old. We were three adults in one room, but the space was big enough and the pullout bed I slept on, was quite good for a pullout. However the room was really cold and it is still fall, so I'm not sure how this would be in the winter time. The breakfast buffet was great, but there were so many people, we had to walk around between people eating spot a table when someone left - there probably should have been some sort of seating system. This place was great for one night, but I don't think I would book it again.

Small room, great value! Scandic Mayor: Where breakfast is king and Burger King is next door. Perfect for the hungry traveler with the train just around the corner. Narrow but smart - just like your wallet after your stay!

Very central hotel. The rooms have seen better days, but the essentials are there. Crooked corridors and a number of stairs also on the individual floors.

Directly in city center. Good for exploring the surrounding city area. Fascinating carlift.
