I was looking for danish things to try and came across this bakery. The chocolate cookie was very good, one of the best sweet things I’ve had in Aarhus. Alongside a cappuccino it was all I needed for the day’s adventure.

Nova Burger

17/05/2026: I tried the Nova mix plate and it was very delicious. Most importantly, the meat was cooked perfectly — juicy and well grilled. The starters served before the meal were also very tasty and enough for the table. Even though the menu was for one person, two of us shared it and we were both full. The presentation was beautiful, and the grilled peppers and tomatoes added a really nice touch. I guess I was too hungry because I forgot to take a photo of the plate :)) Maybe next time 😁
