A lovely place with peace and good food. It was raining in torrents, but it was still a lovely experience to sit inside a long greenhouse with soul.

Great find to break up our cycle, nice chilled atmosphere with seating all around the gardens. Simple menu of 2 options but really enjoyed them (meat and veggie) and they also have cookies, crisps etc.

A wonderful discovery in Roskilde. The restaurant is a little isolated from the town, on the promenade, but it's worth the detour. Beautiful setting. Excellent homemade cakes. 👌

Have visited the lovely garden at Sct. Hans café again. Missing a larger selection in the café, maybe a bun with cheese, you can buy cake with your coffee.

11/07/2025: Great place for beer and nice people. A mature crowd from afternoon till evening, then younger people till closing time.
21/06/2025: Stumbled onto this great little bar feeling thirsty after walking from the Viking Ship Museum. Lovely little beer garden outside and a really nice local vibe inside the bar in the cellar. Great selection of beers - 25 taps and very friendly service with the batman taking the time to ask where we were from etc. Totally recommended to anyone staying or visiting in Roskilde!
