Very cozy place close to Roskilde Fjord. Even on a rainy day. There were many guests this Sunday. We sat under the half roof by one of the greenhouses and enjoyed coffee and dessert. We have been here before and had a delicious lunch. There is also the opportunity to buy plans for your own garden.

Very nice place with many options for a nice seating area, and not least: plenty of space at the tables both outside and inside. There is room for both happy and laughing parties and those with low-key, private conversations at the same time. The food is beautiful and tasty, and the staff is welcoming and leaves us guests in peace for all the time we need. A rare gem that I will return to.

An absolutely beautiful place , very good coffee and home baked cake the cream served with it tasted absolutely amazing unlike anything you can get in other places and the flower garnish added a very nice fresh taste to it. The atmosphere was very nice too, there were also plenty of hand carved pieces you can buy & books about the history of the place and garden guides. I will be definitely coming back! 😍

29/07/2026: What a gem! OK, they have high ratings but the place still surprised positively. That West Coast IPA is definitely a hit. On the other hand, the dark IPA "sweet 'n' dandy" disappointed, which was sour (and not at all sweet). Check if it was mis-fermented? But Røde Port Bistro is 100% forgiven because of a divine pork roast sandwich 💪 As you may have seen, Jens replied immediately, and I'm now going to visit Røde Port Bistro to try the dark IPA again. Oh, how excited I am! And I'm looking forward to celebrating a birthday there - please note that they also handle parties and that you can request dishes that are not on the menu. However, the chef is the boss and makes the final decision.
