Shawarma King Aarhus

I got the lamb wrap with fries. The fries were tasty and the portion was HUGE. I am an American and this is one if the biggest meals I have ever been served, anywhere. One portion would easily feed two people. I got kebab at another place down the street and it was less than half the size of this. Only 4 stars because the meat was dry and lacked flavor. I heard that the beef is better but haven't tried it myself.

I have visited this place before with great pleasure, but I have to admit that the level has dropped. I got a roll with lamb. The pieces of lamb were relatively large 'chunks' which were not tender. It gave a strange sensation in the mouth. The dressing, the vegetables and the chilli tasted lovely and the vegetables in particular seemed fresh. Their falafel is delicious and mushy, but doesn't taste nearly as good as many other places in town. I hope that Shawarma King will be "great again".
