A really nice experience at Siang Jiang in the heart of Slagelse. The restaurant has a long history and is run by a local family, which can also be felt in the cozy and personal atmosphere. The setting is nice and modern. The buffet offers a good and varied selection with both hot dishes, sushi and Mongolian barbecue. There is also an ice cream buffet and chocolate fountain, so there is definitely something for most people. The owner appears to be a humble and welcoming character who goes around and makes the guests feel welcome. The service is fast and efficient, which is probably also due to the fact that there are many waiters at work. There is also a nice discount scheme with a stamp card, where the 11th visit is free. Table reservations are recommended, as the place can be busy. Good parking conditions nearby - just remember to park your parking disc. All in all, a cozy and solid buffet restaurant with a large selection, good service and a nice, local atmosphere.
