Silvio’s Holstebro

A truly authentic Italian pizzeria. Delicious, fluffy, crispy pizza dough with a well-balanced topping. The restaurant's decor is stylish, inviting, and cozy. The wine list is extensive. The price-performance ratio is excellent. The service is exceptionally friendly and attentive. I went there for lunch with my wife and I was very satisfied. I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

It tasted great and the allergens were under control. Really just missed a bottle of house wine at a more affordable price. The food came relatively quickly, full of flavor. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Very nice Italian restaurant! The pizza is absolutely delicious – crispy crust and fresh ingredients. The service is super friendly, and you immediately feel welcome. We'd love to go back!

An hour's wait for the main course is a bit long, and we weren't able to order until a quarter of an hour later. The saltimbocca was covered in a brown, sour sauce. Saltimbocca shouldn't have any sauce.

Great food, great service, very friendly people! If you go to Holstebro make sure to eat at Silvio's. We went with a group of ten people and everybody loved the food and ambiance. Greetz from Holland, we will be back soon 😀

Cozy Italian experience in the heart of Holstebro – fantastic food and atmosphere We recently visited Silvio in Holstebro, and it was a really good experience from start to finish. We started with Tris di Bruschette – a small trio of bruschetta with tomato and mozzarella, Sicilian pesto with grana and lardo – a perfect and tasty start to the meal. For the main course we had Penne al Filetto, a creamy pasta dish with veal tenderloin, mushrooms and spinach in a creamy tomato sauce, and Pappardelle ai Frutti di Bosco, wide ribbon pasta with mushrooms and pancetta in a silky creamy sauce. Both dishes were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. I must admit that I was a little skeptical when we were told that we would have to sit outside, but my concerns quickly disappeared. Their terrace is incredibly cozy, with both heating and a roof, so you can sit comfortably regardless of the weather. It gives a nice atmosphere where you can enjoy city life without freezing or being bothered by rain. The service was mostly really good. The man who welcomed us was welcoming, smiling and very personal in his service, which made the experience extra good. The young girl who also served us seemed a bit absent-minded, unfortunately – but I think and hope that it was just a bad day, because the rest of the experience really improved. All in all, Silvio is a nice place to eat in Holstebro, with delicious Italian food, cozy surroundings and generally friendly staff. We will definitely come again – both for the food and for the relaxed, cozy atmosphere.
