Great place with delicious sourdough bread and croissants with so many crispy layers that you'd think it was a lie. They really know their craft! The café is cozy decorated in French industrial style with lots of fun details and delicious bread equipment also for sale. You can buy both bread and eat in the café. The staff are passionate about baking and are sweet and calm friendly types. We had croissant with chicken salad and organic soda. Lovely. Unfortunately we were too late for croissant with cheese and ham which is a hit - come early if you want to catch it. Good coffee too and great location up the outdoor stairs - not suitable for people with walking difficulties though. An outdoor bread cabinet where you can buy leftovers of the day's production after closing time. Take a wheat sourdough bread home - you won't regret it. Really good ❤️ Their fastelavnsbolle with yuzu and lemon curd is the best fastelavnsbolle I've ever tasted in my life 👌🍋

Very cozy and welcoming restaurant with a large selection of good pastries. I enjoy eating everything from cakes to buns with whipped butter and cheese. However, I always find that the coffee quickly gets cold. Not because it is served late or is not hot from the start. I think it is the glasses they are served in. Take a delicious freshly baked sourdough bread home. Or a starter so you can get started yourself 😇

Nice local place we had a nice breakfast we had local breakfast and some local pastries that were tasty. The cheese and butter are good quality and probably from a local supplier. The lady was very nice and smiling . It's a family place ❤️

Lovely bakery with a warm interior and plenty of choice. The sourdough bread is good but on the stronger and chewier side ; almost a bit too "sourdoughy" for my taste. Most pastries were great, a few on the sweeter side, but overall an excellent selection. A place I'd happily return to when I'm in Viborg !
