A small French bistro that gives the feeling of sitting in Paris. It is so cozy and the food is really good. Small dishes that can often be shared.

Homemade tapas and really good wines by the glass, all at good prices. One of our favorite places when we're craving something. On the outdoor terrace it feels like being in Paris when the sun is shining. During the colder season we snuggle up in the cozy dining room. We've promised we'll be back. Always welcome and always good service.

It’s a very charming terrace/interior with a lovely host. Drinks and foods are good! It’s a French vibe in a nice Danish city. We would definitely recommend to visit this bistro! Bisou, Maike et Nadieh

Cozy bistro with a great atmosphere, intimate atmosphere and good service. Their tapas are exquisite and the other dishes we dared to order were exquisite. There was plenty in the tapas dishes themselves, so we were more than full and very satisfied. Definitely a desire to see you again.

07/10/2025: Besides the amazing fine Dining, I realy love the philosofy of this restaurant: “bottom up” Leadership where expertise ook cooks is recognized as true value and moreover the “no waste” vision: go with the catch of the day/season and accellere creativity with cooking on what is available. 23/11/2025: I rarely come to Aarhus city center, but the visit to Restaurant Mellemrum was worth the whole trip on a Thursday evening. From the menu we chose the 3-course MellemRums Klassisk, with salmon as a starter, flambéed beef tenderloin as a main course, where the flambéing was done by the waiter at our table, and finally ris a la mande ano 2025. Everything was of exquisite quality. Top quality!! Nothing negative could be found. Well done Mellemrum👍 Will have to come back again soon 😊 Parking was in Salling's parking lot.
