It's worth the 40 minutes of Train from Copenhagen to experience this fully pop experience. I went during Halloween season, and they took it seriously 😅

Great place for a good selection of burgers, nachos and fully loaded fries. Haven't tried their (also fully loaded) mac n cheese, but I'm going back for that and a go at their crispy chicken burger. Milkshakes are awesome and tasty, though a tad expensive for the amount you get; still worth it, though! Going back for pancakes another time, as well. Decor is all-out American stuff. Old cars refitted so you can sit at eat in them. Even a schoolbus sawn in half. Great view of a small river and lots of green if you're sitting outside, where there are also parasols and blankets. If you're after a classic, refined American style, this is the place to go. The music is comprised of well-known bangers from back in the day, including Elvis of course, and it's just the right volume to sing along to or hold a conversation.

Stacey’s is so cozy! Super cool Halloween decorations. The food is just not good. We got hot cocoa that tasted like the cheapest powder. Belgian waffles and a piece of the cheapest breaded chicken .. that’s not how you make chicken and waffles. The burgers don’t taste good. Tiny “American pancakes” that could be eaten. Macncheese was ok, but avoid getting them “loaded”, it’s raw onion and ham! Ick!! Cheese fries were just ok. The lemonade was way too strong, but ok diluted with water. I think the waiter had a bad day, but it doesn’t fit the American theme a bit well not to be up-beat and enthusiastic. Nice enough, though.

Cool atmosphere, great Halloween decorations and service, but the food wasn't up to snuff.

*updated 14 Oct. 2025* Unfortunately, I have to give the service a real downgrade after my last visit. We stood and waited for over 10 minutes to be shown to our table. Afterwards, we finally had to approach a waitress ourselves to even be able to order. In total, it took over 45 minutes from when we arrived until the food was on the table.

A really nice experience, diners are exactly what a diner should be. The staff are smiling and really service-minded. Will be going back there soon.
