Service at a teenage pace..🤔 Good burgers and side dishes that would be even better if they came warmer aka faster from the kitchen 😉 The milkshake was a lukewarm pleasure too. Overall an average experience.

The food was good, maybe not the best burger for my taste and that's why I'm deducting one star, otherwise excellent service and a beautiful place. The decoration takes you on a journey!

Very cozy atmosphere and pleasant and fast service. We were there on a weekday but the restaurant was still half full and we still didn't wait long for either service or food. It's good food that tastes good, but their chili could have a little more kick. Their strawberry milkshake is world class💪👍 It tastes like drinking liquid cold sun-ripened strawberries 🍓 Yum. The price is reasonable (a little more expensive than going to McD but a much better experience) Definitely worth a visit.

Brasseriet Baum

18/05/2026: Always a truly fantastic experience to visit Brasseriet Baum. The staff is always welcoming and the service is top notch. The food and wine are fantastic, and you simply won't find a better place in Køge. They are also really good at taking allergies and other eating preferences into account. I have had a great experience where one of my fellow guests was vegan, and the kitchen put together a delicious salad with seasonal vegetables. I would guess that I have been there more than 10 times, and I will definitely be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
