Starbucks Aarhus

The cashier service at this branch isn't very good, but the barista is lovely.

We normally prefer independent coffee shops but this was convenient, very pleasant and friendly staff.

All the tables had dishes left by previous guests. No one had cleaned them up, and there were food leftovers on the tables.

I went to the shop downstairs to treat myself to a latte macchiato. There was only one woman ahead of me who ordered a coffee to go, then it was my turn. Ordering was a bit tricky – but okay, the woman was probably new and had to learn the system. No problem! After that, however, I had to wait a full 10 minutes for my macchiato. The woman who was supposed to make the coffee simply had a lot of time on her hands. In between (while my coffee was already half-finished), she fetched more coffee from the storeroom, refilled the machines, and put away the excess coffee she'd fetched... Unbelievable! You're supposed to be served completely before starting such tasks. There's definitely a lot to learn about customer service.

Great. And the same high quality as always.

Got the wrong coffee again in the first round. And now again. It's probably 7-8 times now that they have made something different than ordered. Now again today 22.7.26 WRONG coffee. What's going on.......

Coffee on Salling rooftop is fantastic when the sun is shining :-)

It's just a really cozy place and their iced coffee just tastes really good and their cake tastes lovely.

Delicious servings of all types of coffee with a well-assorted selection of breads and pastries

It's always a pleasure to have a little coffee.
