Stellas Bodega ApS Holstebro

18/08/2026: A beautifully situated Italian restaurant in the heart of Holstebro. The bruschetta and pizzas were excellent, and the service was exceptionally friendly, quick, and attentive. We felt very comfortable and will gladly return!

18/08/2026: When we arrived, the waitress passed us several times but didn't say hello or anything. We went into the hallway and were only greeted about 7-10 minutes after our reserved time. Despite several waiters having seen our arrival. We order a lasagna and 2 'filetto' pizzas. About 20-30 minutes pass and a lasagna and 2 veal fillets with potatoes arrive to share. We say here that we have ordered pizza, filetto and the waitress apologizes and immediately takes our plates back to the kitchen. Where grandma eats her lasagna and since the potatoes were left behind we think that it was probably for lasagna or so that we could eat something while we wait for the pizza. We take a few while we wait and suddenly the waitress comes back and removes the bowl of potato slices without saying anything about it, which seemed extremely strange and unprofessional. When we finally get our pizzas, our grandmother is almost finished with her lasagna and we are now eating staggered. I go in and ask for a bottle of water (since we have of course drunk our drinks during the long wait) as well as chili and garlic. The waitress comes out with water and a glass but there is no chili and garlic, I ask another waiter to bring it and it is done immediately without any problems. The pizza itself tasted fine, I will say however that the pizza sauce was far too sweet for my taste, but delicious bread and fresh salad. I have not been to Italia for many years and unfortunately I have to say I most likely will not be back.
