Stillers Coffee Aarhus

I am a big fan of artisanal roasteries. The café's shop is very nicely designed, located in the back courtyard of an old building. Unfortunately, the staff seemed a bit arrogant. I expressed my delight at the café's beautiful design and the silver color of the roaster, which I have only seen in black before. The answer was: yes, very impressive one! ... no, just a different color. All roasters have one of these or larger. When I asked for a glass of water, I was told that they only sell it in bottles. A simple espresso costs 30 DKK and I don't get a glass of water with it. That's not smart financially, but important because of the way it neutralizes the oral cavity. The website says that the owner has won eight awards. I don't find that impressive; it's bragging to put it in the spotlight like that. Sorry, the coffee is not my cup of tea.

I wanted to geta a gift for my gf so I ordered some different espresso beans from here. They recommended 4 different ones. And as I got to the store something was wrong wkth the system so they had trouble finding my order. Which was no problem, i didn't mind waiting. But he offered me a cappuccino on the house. Which was very sweet of him. I tried it and I was very impressed. I think its the best coffee I have ever had. It had such a unique flavor profile, while still being a traditional cappuccino. I had almost no sleep that day, and overall a tough week. But this expirience really cheered me up. If you like good artisan coffee you will not be disappointed here. They have plantbased milk options and tons of different types of coffee. And the interior looked awesome. Almost like an industrial alchemy lab.

Really delicious coffee and good guide to get the best experience with their specially selected coffee. The atmosphere is authentic and there is a huge sense of passion.

Unconditionally formidable coffee, but customer service is not among the top competences, and it detracts a bit from the overall experience. Hire friendly and welcoming staff so that you can concentrate on coffee/brewing, because there is no equal in Denmark.

Just bought Rwanda no 30. And Costa Rica no 37. Both roasted 12 November. Still a little too young to run daily brews, but I always test the freshly roasted coffee. Today number 30 and the 4 notes mentioned on the bag were spot on. As I write there is an aftertaste of mild milk chocolate +40% with subtle notes of floral citrus. Stiller is a coffee genius and geniuses naturally do not fit into ordinary everyday routines and behaviour. Thank you for all the good prayers and servings regardless of busyness or not.

Stillers Coffee feels more like a coffee lab than a typical café, with a very limited selection of food and milk-based drinks. It's perfect for coffee connoisseurs who appreciate the craft, though it lacks a cozy vibe. The ice coffee is also tiny for the price. An interesting experience, but not for everyone.
