Having visited well over 100 coffee shops across the US, Canada, and Europe, I can confidently say that Stillers Coffee is among the very best. The level of care, craftsmanship, and coffee knowledge here is exceptional. Stillers roasts its coffee on-site and offers a wide range of freshly roasted beans for pour-over, espresso, and other brewing methods. During my visit, I tried their Indonesian coffee, which was remarkably clean and nuanced, without the earthy profile often found in Indonesian beans elsewhere. Soren, the owner, clearly has immense expertise and passion for sourcing and roasting coffee. He explained the care that went into selecting these particular beans and bringing out their best characteristics. While prices are higher than at many cafés in Aarhus, the quality more than justifies the cost. Whether you're a coffee enthusiast, meeting friends, on a date, or simply looking for an outstanding cup of coffee, Stillers Coffee is absolutely worth a visit.

Ok, so this is a place by and for coffee nerds. It's hard to beat when it comes to expertise, taste and aesthetics ☕🫶 At the same time it can be a bit intimidating - like walking into a fancy restaurant without knowing the norms and rules of the place. I felt some performance anxiety just ordering my coffee 🤣 and I've been nerding with coffee for over a decade and know a ton of great baristas around the world 🙃 in other words, don't worry about it. Just take a deep breath, get a signature espresso and a piece of cake (also awesome stuff! 🥮) and get into it!

Quite simply: it's all excellent! From signature espresso with milk to pour over. Good craftsmanship, good knowledge and a unique atmosphere. The place to go if you're an espresso enthusiast. There's nothing like it in town
