Exquisite place one of its kind. Stillers coffee previously known “Great coffee” is a hidden gem of the backyard. If you are a coffee lover, this cafe is a must visit. Owner and roaster Soren who you likely meet in the cafe is a master of his craft, also rewarded world champion in roasting, cupping and latte art. Apart from offerring great variety of perfectly roastet coffee from around the world, remarkably his close collaboration with a particular farm from Costa Rica- you can try out numerous brewing methods or other specialties such as syphon brew or coffee cocktail, or cold brew finely tuned with water from greenland and fermented peach. Interior is very fine, scandinavian, minimalistic. This is very geeky place- rather a coffee lab. In the summer you can enjoy terrace. It can get little noisy during roasting time.

Had a pour over coffee and bought a bag of delicious coffee beans that I brewed at home with my V60. Service is always helpful and the atmosphere is unbeatable for a roaster.

I came here expecting a good cup of coffee, what I got was a full experience. The owner isn’t just a barista; he’s an artist, a true OG of the coffee game with awards to prove it. You can taste the passion in every sip. Definitely by far the best coffee you can get in Aarhus. No hype coffee place can remotely compete.

17/04/2026: Afternoon coffee with much more than we could drink. It was incredibly delicious! Fantastic friendly service and beautiful surroundings. This is my second time here and I can especially recommend the hot cocoa. We were offered it the first time and it tasted wonderful.

28/09/2025: We were a group of 6 who took a trip from Zealand to Aarhus to visit the restaurant. 2 had experienced the restaurant in Vejle and wanted to share the experience with the rest of us. Here, there is no finger to be put on the host; the laid-back professionalism, interest in the product and great joy in sharing the story: The menu is based on surplus goods. 2 pallets at a time, we were told. Mostly vegetables, and then it is diluted with fish, a little meat and a proper dose of creativity and love for the season, preparation and kitchen technical characteristics. Truly delicious 10 dishes divided into 4 servings. The cocktail menu was invented at home and sits right in the cupboard, incredibly enough for each serving, which consists of 3 separate dishes with a bang on the flavors. Well done!!! Even more incredibly, the wine menu followed skillfully. Each of the 4 wines could not have been chosen better. Competent, professional and value for money all the way around. We look forward to visiting you at Nørreport.
