Strandcafeen Faxe

Today we ate at Bistro No 12. The food was really outstandingly good. I would almost think that it was in the direction of star cuisine. The service was also great. We had the salmon tartare as a starter, the chicken and the salmon as the main course and a sea buckthorn sorbet with white chocolate foam as a dessert. It was as good as it sounds! When we asked, we were told that the restaurant had been brand new since May 1st. has reopened, with a new concept and new chef. Hats off. That was really great. We'd love to come back.
