A small gourmet restaurant on the 11th floor of a building in the new port area of Århus. Just a few tables, all with panoramic views. The menu features five-course set menus, which gradually increase in number. The five-course meal itself is a magnificent experience. The sommelier's wine pairings are perfect. A dinner bordering on gastronomic perfection. Impeccable service. High prices. Reservations required.

Fantastic evening at Substans. Thanks for the really good food and lovely relaxed atmosphere. The hosts took a lot of time to explain everything we got and had a nice chat. Just one thing that drags us down a bit. Why do you call it a juice menu when it's more of a cold tea menu?
Apart from this it was a really nice evening and a good experience, we would recommend it to others...

Sødt og smilende personale og uformel stemning. Hyggeligt lille lokale med flot udsigt.
Og ikke mindst enestående mad - både den almindelige menu, som min kæreste fik, og det vegetariske alternativ, som jeg selv fik. Virkelig en fantastisk smagoplevelse.
Eneste minus er, at det ikke er muligt at få frisk øl fra fad (og gerne et par gode at vælge i mellem), men man må tage til takke med dåse øl (dog gode fra Gamma).
