Sun Shine Sandwich Aarhus

I have seen this place for many years but have never tried until now. And I missed out! It's one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in Aarhus (if not all of Denmark) Had a Mimi's (Kebab) with guacamole, nachos (crunchy and warm), and melted cheese inside a dark ciabatta. Perfect size and full of flavors. My wife had a Mozzarella & Rucola, she is much of a sandwich person, but she wasn't even done with it and already wanted to come back again. Those two and a drink only set is back 150dkk, which isn't a lot compared to other nearby places. I recommend this 100%.

Been here more times than I can count, and have never had anything but Mimi's chicken 😍 So I hope it's the best, otherwise I've made a fool of myself 🥙
