Tasty and freshly prepared food. From ordering to serving took a long time. The room was a bit cramped/small. It was nice and clean. But the shared toilet in the hallway was disgusting and dirty.

Nice family restaurant, although a bit inconvenient that it is on several levels. We had ordered "cheeseburgers" for the kids. The food was brought to the table. After a few bites the kids were surprised that there was no cheese in their burgers. I contacted one of the employees, and she came back with two new burgers. This time with cheese in it.

Sodavands automaten virkede ikke, maden var halvkold og bøffen var tør. Der var heller ikke ligefrem gjort rent, plus at de glemte halvdelen af det vi havde bestilt 👎

Ate there for the first time today. The food was delicious, there are many burgers to choose from, they have lots of seating, both inside and outside, staff were friendly and helpful + they offer free refills 👌🏼

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super service – especially from Tor at Sunset Boulevard Randers Date: June 17, 2025 – Time: approx. 5:30 PM We have previously experienced poor service from another employee at the same restaurant, and I also wrote about that in a previous review. But because you can only write one review at a time, I have now chosen to delete the old one – because this experience deserves to be heard. Tor really makes a difference. He is always welcoming, friendly and helpful, and even when the kitchen is busy, he takes time for the guests and meets you with a smile. It makes a huge difference to the whole experience. Thank you to Tor for the super service and for giving us back the desire to visit the place again.

Just got the new Italian burger, it tastes really really good, probably one of the best fast food burgers I've ever tasted, hope they don't take it off the menu again 😏

01/09/2025: It is always a pleasure to come to Mathiesen! The atmosphere is good and relaxed, where you feel comfortable and know that you will be taken care of in the best way. The service is really good and the waiters are alert and ready to quickly jump in if there is something or if you are missing something. There is a good dialogue and an honest story about the food and what to pay attention to. There is no overselling and you can feel that they want a good experience for their guests, rather than pressuring people into something. They have a distinguished selection of drinks and their food is extremely satisfying. It is especially wonderful to see that fresh hand-peeled shrimp are served, which shows that quality is prioritized, which is also reflected in their food. Their sandwiches with cheese are really good and the size is not to be complained about at all. Their evening menu is also really good and the composition is well considered. See you again soon. 😊
