I am generally satisfied with Sunset. I would say that I have eaten at many, but the one in Esbjerg Storcenter just performs a lot better than the others I have visited... I get the feeling of being a guest, and not like the others, just being a customer... , and indeed there is a big difference... You feel welcome, and "Set"... Always a smile, a "welcome" and good contact when they deliver the item. Always a "Have a good day" when you slip away... It also seems like they have good communication and like each other. Signals profit, even when it's busy... 6 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to them.. 😉👌

Modern ambience to feel good. Great drink refill concept. The food is good and looks great too. Fries very tasty and well seasoned. Little waste is produced.

The food really good. Service was lagging. Several tables were dirty and sticky.

The food is good, no doubt about it. But we had booked in advance for a specific time. When we arrived and asked for our order, we were told that they would go to work immediately and bring it to our table. A little annoying, but ok. We then waited 15 minutes, and by chance heard our number called. Here we were told that the food had been waiting for us for fifteen minutes?!? as they had been confused by two identical names on two orders. No apology or regret. We even had to ask for some compensation for the waiting time. We hope for better service next time.
