I'm sorry the food tastes great but after the last time I don't think I'll be back We ordered a nuggets menu and a hamburger deluxe ve diadem but didn't get either of them and after we ordered online and just had to pick it up at the drive-in (where we also sat and waited for at least 15 due to delays in the steaks) but we only discovered when we got home that they had given us the wrong thing to take home so we drove back up where we stood and argued with them and waited a long time again for our food and then we didn't even get our hamburger deluxe to take home (the youngest wasn't happy about that) so all in all a bad experience But the food was good even though they had also forgotten to take out what we had opted out of but that's because of that we probably won't come back again

The food was really delicious, and it was made quickly, even though they were busy. But there was one big problem: Only two ordering machines were working. The queue was huge, and we stood around for about 15 minutes just to get to a machine. At the same time, some employees were just standing around doing nothing. The other machines were only missing a roll of paper for printing – they could have easily fixed that.”

I have shopped at Sunset in Viborg several times, and the quality is usually okay. Unfortunately, it fluctuates a lot depending on how busy it is. I recently had a sandwich that mostly seemed like it was just thrown together – I will let the pictures speak for themselves here. It is not the first time I have experienced this, but only when it is really busy. My recommendation is therefore to avoid the place during rush hour if you want to be sure of the usual quality.

Super delicious here. My favorite fast food place. Too bad they don't have it in Germany.

Lots of people. Noise. Not much space.
