English Review, Danish at the bottom Being a person who loves Sushi, and having spent a year in Japan I have searched for a good sushi experience on par with what I have enjoyed in Japan. Sushi spring time is by far the closest match I have been able to find. This quaint little restaurant has a chef who understands the art and the soul of the craft, and a server who understands how to give the customers a good time. The sushi is not mired in having been dragged through the way they do it in America, so you'll not have your taste buds destroyed by chili mayo. Here you can taste the quality and care that have gone into making a truly wonderful experience. I can only highly recommend this place, and for anyone wanting to try an authentic Japanese cuisine experience this is a must go place. The best sushi I've tasted here in Denmark! Don't be fooled by the fact that it may not look very interesting. They use some incredibly fresh and delicious ingredients, and it all just works! The service was fantastic, we arrived in good time to pick up takeaway, and they served us quickly so we could get home. I highly recommend the place.

The food was absolutely amazing and it was very filling. Their fish was very fresh, sushi tasted delicious, karage chicken was really juicy and tender, green tea tasted wonderful and the staff was super super sweet, friendly and smiling!!! I had a lovely chat with a super sweet female employee and it was a huge blast learning about them and the history of the restaurant. With really delicious authentic Japanese food, sweet employees and a really good experience on my first visit, I can say that it is worth the money. I left the restaurant very satisfied and I plan to come here more often, invite my girlfriends here and spread the word. Fantastic restaurant. Highly recommended!! 😊🌸✨
