Sushi2500 Roskilde

One of three sushi places near the Roskilde station. Although this one is not as strategic as the other two, I can say that this place definitely has the best sushi out of the three. The fish are fresh+delicious and the sushi combination are exciting. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, actually amazing for the kind of chill dinner vibe if you're looking for one. The lady serving us is very nice and gave recommendation on what to see in the city after our dinner. Will definitely revisit this place. Update May 20th, 2024: Now they also have unlimited option

Sushi2500 is fresh & tasty! I’ve had takeout twice & really enjoyed it both times, the family style is the way to go because you get to try different rolls!

Kids serving. Paying more attention to themselves than customers. Not good. Food is ok. Tasty. Fresh. Not bad.

Bought a Menu, most rolls tasted really good, but there were 2 rolls which were not as good.
