Very old restaurant with atmosphere. Of course a little cramped as the rooms are small. Friendly staff, the wiener schnitzel was a little dry, but the coffee was great, as was the apple cake.

I love this place - we were there for lunch and the food, service and venue was fabulous. It was busy on a Saturday but really worth a visit. Very authentic and old fashion restaurant. Located in the city center.

Delicious traditional Danish food. It just sat in the cupboard, according to the mason's taste. Can be highly recommended👌🏽

07/02/2024: Fantastic little romantic place in the middle of Aarhus, with walking distance to most things. There is attention to detail everywhere. The courtyard is a chapter by itself - I would love to sit there on a summer evening. Delicious morning plate, and sweet attentive staff. The coffee in the lodge area is unfortunately of variable quality. If you miss the south of France... then go to Villa Provence in Aarhus
