The Bagel House Waves Greve

The food and service were first-class! We honestly can't understand the bad reviews at all. We received excellent advice and were able to customize our bagels and sandwiches exactly to our liking. All the ingredients seemed fresh and tasted accordingly. The prices are also absolutely fair. You get a generous portion with fresh, healthy ingredients for your money. We would come back anytime – unfortunately, we live much too far away. Go and try it!!

When I came to pick up our online order, it wasn't ready. The clerk said it hadn't gone through. 2 seconds later she said it was, but there was only one salad and one bagel on the order (I had ordered two bagels and one salad). I showed her my confirmation and asked if she could make the 2 bagels and 1 salad - it took 30 minutes to make the order. They didn't have one type of topping, so she charged an extra fee to change the topping. The clerk was not service minded - she seemed like she would rather be anywhere else. Won't be back
