Went there when it was rather empty. Service was good and food was quite good as well. I had the beef stew, which was a little salty but well balanced with the mashed potatoes. Just a little dark in the pub itself, which made it difficult to see.

Food and services was really good. Slightly racist pub quiz host. Ignored the only table which had Indians when taking scores.

We had a serving platter with a fish and chips. The meat on the serving platter (the wings and ribs) were super dry, it seemed reheated. The fish was good but way over salted.

10/12/2024: Went to a memorial service at the inn, there were about 100 of us and we were warmly received by a super nice staff, with coffee, delicious canapés, cake, cheese food, beer and water, on a bitterly cold December day where the emotions were still in most of us after have said goodbye to a father, father-in-law, grandfather and friend in our lady's church.
27/10/2024: Unbelievably wonderful evening with really good food and wonderful wines. Can be recommended.
